You’ve covered some … You’ve covered some specific details regarding design shortcomings that I agree with wholeheartedly. My sense is that far too often a site is developed without an extensive plan that integrates the site into the overall oraganizational or corporate plan and culture. I feel that much development is occuring in a vacuum rather than being viewed as an extension or doorway, as appropriate, that effectively achieves the desired conversion if that is even clearly understood at the outset.
