Photoshop is one of the most professional and technically advanced software for editing digital photos. When we click pictures, there are many things that can be set straight by retouching it in the photoshop software. Many a times we see red-eye effect after we take a snap. The software has the capability to not only change your eye color in photoshop but also enhance the pictures according to your taste. To change eye color in pictures using photoshop, open the software, select the picture and zoom in to the eye.
From the PS toolbar, select the Ellipse tool. Point the cursor at the center of the eye while holding down ALT + SHIFT keys and drag to select the eye.
From the PS toolbar, select Quick Mask Mode. This will change the entire picture and add a temporary background color isolating the eye which was selected.

With the Soft Brush tool, brush the missing eyelid to match the natural looking eyes.
Zoom in and match the correct arc of the eyelid.
Go back to the Quick Mask Mode and click on it. This will bring back the original picture while keeping the eye selected.
Create a new layer from the window on the bottom right corner and click on the Color Picker option.
Choose the color that you like and press OK.
In the new layer, fill the selected color from the PS toolbar. This will fill your selected color covering the selected area.
From the menu bar, click on select and choose inverse option.
Again go to select option and choose Modify > Feather. This will open the Feather Selection box where you will opt for 5 pixels and click OK.
Hit the delete key twice.
From the bottom right corner box, click on the arrow next to Normal which will open a list and set the Blending Mode to color.
Now go to Image option, select Adjustments > Hue/Saturation. This will open a Hue/Saturation box. Click on the check-box for Colorize and Preview. Here you can change the setting of Hue, Saturation and Lightness, to obtain the color you desire.
Play with the variety of colors like blue, green, black, and many more. Select the one you like and press OK.

No one can dispute the power of the Illustrator and Photoshop programs. Individually these are great programs, but when you combine elements of both, anything is possible. Artists many time use features from both Photoshop and Illustrator to create beautiful artwork for publishing. There are three basic ways to move a file from Photoshop to Illustrator.

Both programs respond to a File > Place command to either “place” Illustrator artwork into a Photoshop file or a Photoshop image into an Illustrator document. This is the most traditionally used method among users for moving a file from one program to the other. The caution in this method is that the artwork or image must be in a file format readable by the other program.

Photoshop is very adaptable at reading various file formats. Illustrator has a few more restrictions in the formats it recognizes, but once a Photoshop file is in an understandable format (i.e. TIFF, GIF, JPEG, etc.) using the File > Place command with the desired image is simple. Illustrator will “place” this image inside the Illustrator file and allow you some manipulation of the file in Illustrator.

Another way of moving a Photoshop file into Illustrator (or vice versa) is with the Clipboard. Just copy the file essentials you want from one program with the Copy command and paste it into the other program with the Paste command. There are limits to the Copy-Paste method however. This method does not work well for large files and you can easily overload the receiving program by pasting a large file into it.

The third method for introducing a file from one program into the other is dragging and dropping. If you want to take Photoshop art and put it in your Illustrator file, both programs must be open. Select the artwork you want to transfer, and simply drag it out of the Photoshop window onto the Illustrator window. To take Illustrator art into Photoshop, simply select the artwork from an open Illustrator window, drag it to an open Photoshop window and drop it into Photoshop.

You can also place paths from Photoshop into Illustrator files. Using the Path Selection tool in Photoshop, choose and copy the paths you want to move and paste them into Illustrator.
