What site has some of the most informative photoshop tutorials?

I need a site that hopefully covers both Photoshop and Illustrator tips and techniques. I am already familiar with Adobe’s site and my personal favorite tutorial outpost.com Specifically, I am looking for tutorials on how to create unique pattens and images for apparel.
