Photoshop Tutorial- Glowing Light Strokes

For u guys who didnt get why the stroke path is in grey mark in the pen pallete according to paths it a square thingy next to the pen tool coice on the upper left cheers:)

one times it works and it was really cool!
i tried for more then 5 hours.
1 times it works, the other times it failed because i cant click on stroke =/
