Anybody know of any good photoshop tutorials?

Ok so i have had Photoshop for a year now, and still dont know how to use it! I have a PC (unfortunatly) and i really want to start using this aweosme tool. but its a little overwhelming and i need some help. Like are there any tutorials that help people learn the specifics of the program. Not these big-elaborate projects? Thanks.

Go into either yahoo or google and type in photoshop tutorials and you’ll get a bunch of applelink hits…just did it to ensure before I answered your question and got all kinds of hits!
