I love when people suggest Photoshop for everything. Yes it is the best, however that person has selective understanding and by no way is Photoshop close to inexpensive.

Photoshop Elements is nice and reasonable. JASC Paintshop Pro is another product you’ll find under $100.

Less expensive than PhotoshopCS2 would be Photoshop Elements 5.0, can be found for under $100

Adobe Photoshop is the best software for handling photos…
The latest versions CS2 and CS3 are more helpful and easy to use. I have learn in my own interest. The borders and adding text is easier in photoshop.
