Photo editing is an art that can make impossible possible, however it needs to be done by experts if one wants quality results. In case of foreground extraction in a photo or image, for example, there is no dearth of photo editing techniques, however, to get it done might invite unwanted problems. Advanced photo editing is always an interesting skill to learn because it imparts to you a sense of being able to change things and objects such as pictures that few people think would be possible. Indeed, such a thought would have been hardly probable a few years back because of the limited technology people had during that time. Free Product Trial: www.corel.com The Object Extractor is a great tool for extracting objects from an image. This can be done manually of course, by using Masking Tools like the Magic Wand or the Freehand masking tool, but some images present some hard-to-overcome challenges with semi-transparent areas that have lots of fine details. As you can see, the edges around this giraffe are well defined in most areas, but the mane and some of the fine hairs on its lower lip would be very difficult and time-consuming to select manually. So to extract the giraffe from this image Im going to use the Extract Object tool in PaintShop Photo Pro X3.
